Movember challenges men to change their appearance and the face of men’s health by growing a moustache. The rules are simple, start Movember 1st clean-shaven and then grow a moustache for the entire month. The moustache becomes the ribbon for men’s health, the means by which awareness and funds are raised for prostate cancer. This year, Brad started a Movember contest at work. Two winners will be chosen tomorrow: Winner #1 - Best Stache and Winner #2 - Best Attempt. Here's Boedy's best attempt...

Here Comes Santa Claus...

Santa, meet Boedy, the best little boy in the land, because today he was Mama's little angel smiling and talking to everyone. We just had the best day! Nana could not believe how good he was and hopes that this outing does not mean a difficult night ahead as she is babysitting while we have an escape night for dinner and a movie! We met up with my friend Amanda and her sweet boy Cayden. When Cayden and Boedy locked eyes it was like old buddies meeting, so cute to see them smile and stare at each other.

The Phelps Effect

Boedy's first time at the pool was a big splash. We went to a wave pool that has heated water for tots. It was awesome! I dressed Boedy in some Huggies Little Swimmers diapers and put a pair of cute little board shorts over the top. We bounced up and down over the waves and he loved every minute of it. He was so tuckered out that he fell asleep as soon as we got to the car. I can't wait to do this again with Brad.

Cereal - Day 3

Gobble, gobble, gobble is how it went down this morning. For those of you that have seen Boedy eat, you know that he's an efficient eater. Cereal is certainly no different than breastfeeding. Once Nana showed me the technique, Boedy took to it immediately. He ate everything this morning and would have taken more. He grabbed the spoon right out of my hand during the last bite and fed himself. Our little guy has always been a quick learner but this one blew me away.
